Slottsbron

Views from the Palace Bridge

From Slottsbron, the bridge that joins the Royal Palace to Norrmalm, Stockholm opens in every direction. Across the water lie Skeppsholmen with its domed church and the tall ship af Chapman, the stately façade of Nationalmuseum and the quays of Blasieholmen, where white steamboats wait for summer. This series follows those views from morning gold to night, when the lights of the city settle on the dark water.
